This is very healthy, but most people do not utilize their full lung capacity. Take 10 deep breaths, and hold the last one while lighting a match. Exhale slowly, and blow out the match. Take a Deep Breath Break instead of a cigarette break.Delay:
Every day, delay lighting your first cigarette by one hour. After the first cigarette, when you have your next craving to smoke, delay for another half an hour. As a smoker you were not in control of your habit; you smoked when your body craved nicotine. Now by delaying, you are calling the shots, you are in control of when you say NO.Do something different:
Don't smoke when you first experience a craving. Wait several minutes (also see Delay above) and during this time change your activity or talk to someone. You have to get out of the situation that makes you want to smoke. For instance, if you smoke after dinner, do the dishes or go for a walk. Change your habits!.

Yoga is most ancient system of development of body and mind for keeping your spirit awake to bring it on the path of enlightenment. It has been an integral part of our Vedantic philosophy. Some say lord Shiva was innovator however traceable link goes to Kapil (700 BC) who laid foundation of the yoga system and took mind its centre of focus. Therefore his methods directs towards acquiring of ‘gyan’ in majority. During the age of patanjali, yoga has got connected with body and minds both. Understanding the thought of Kathopanishad where it says ‘yoga is state of steadiness and full control over senses as well as mind and the intellect.’ Patanjali bring in work involving body in majority to reach that state of mind. And hence he has given concept of eight steps (astanga yoga) of yama, niyam, asanas, pranayam, pratyahar, dharana, dhyan and samadhi.
I know most of the people are not much concerned about philosophical aspect rather they just want to reap benefit through it. So, every aspect of the above can be discussed with ForeZorba, however here in this segment we will keep it strictly confined to asanas. “Practice yoga with so much dedication that through your physique, behavior and contributions it get reflected in your life without declaring it that you practice it.” ~ ForeZorba
This asana is easy to perform. The name itself suggests its usefulness. Vajra means thunderbolt or diamond and practice of this asana gives firmness to body and making you strong. This also called diamond pose, pelvic pose, kneeling pose or adamantine pose. This is base for many asana.

This asana is complete in itself as well it works as connecting asana between two. This is actually for tuning your mind for the yoga. You need to be alert and conscious while doing it.
Coming to pose:
This asan may give pain in the beginning but one gets used to it soon. This can be done initially for a minute or so but later the period can be extended. Saints sit in this pose for hours.
2 mins -60 mins with your easiness
Sit down in Sukhasana (cross-legged), loosen your muscles do not put tension on any body part. Now close your eyes, and start watching your breath. Do not try to control your breathing, or try to slow it down forcefully. Just breathe automatically, freely and watch the air passing through your nose, lungs and going to your stomach, naval centre and again going out. Let your body take breathe in its own accordance and steering will be of not much help as it will create stress rather calmness. Observe how rhythmically the air is going slowly in through your nose, filling up your lungs, touching naval centre and going out again.
Now as your system (body and breathe) is coming in synchronization you are ready to start the Visualization. With every breathe going in, feel positive energy, feelings going into your body in the way of stream of white light, brightness. When you breathe out, imagine and feel all negative feelings, energy escape from your body together with the air you breathe out in the way of black light, spot, and darkness.
When you are totally relaxed, and undertook the above with ease, now think of an image, a situation, or an environment that means rest, peace, and calmness for you. Walk around (in your imagination) and enjoy every moment in your favorite surroundings by trying to involve all your senses. Smell, taste, look, and feel with as many details as possible. Pass through this situation vicariously and live it in your mind as lively as possible. Feel and relish this situation/image in all its details and watch all the emotions that accompany it.
Feel the tingling in your body, feel your muscles relaxing, and notice your body reacting directly to everything that you created in your mind. Continue this process of Visualization for as long as you like.
You can stop this process any time as and when it starts giving you a sense of calmness and relaxation by bringing your awareness back to the rest of your body and become aware of yourself being in the place where you are practicing this method. Open your eyes slowly
For getting depth of understanding in any subjective matter one should start with a complete observation. But we feel very un-calculative as to looking into direct subject is a bit laborious and need knack. So we can bring this quality by initiating to look at an object consciously.
Look at anything, an object with some kind of curve with little uniformity. Like an earthen pot or bowl or some utensil or even a standing person near you. First look at the chosen thing moving from one fragment to another. Then suddenly look at the thing as whole without moving eye. Watch the form without thinking. And soon as you will pick the knack of watching an object in that moment your thought will stop automatically. Because the form of anything is form and no thought is possible. Remain with the whole and form. Suddenly something will spark in you and you will become aware of yourself, because now eye cannot move.
Those who can practice this technique can gel with the world and its matter easily. Because now you know that form of any substance will remain same but you can aware of yourself and that awareness only you will be there and other things disappear. And a feeling of disillusionment will arise. Slowly, slowly practicing with object you can acquire that tact that even your quarrelling wife/husband will disappear.
Dandruff is a very common problem now-a-days. For a greater period if one wants relief from the dandruff the given solution is much helpful.
The decoction (mashed and boiled) of beetroot mixed with little vinegar can be used externally. The beet water can be massaged on the scalp with ginger tip.
The paste of fresh green fenugreek leaves applied on head regularly before taking bath also gives an equal result.
Check the progress of both on you by doing it for just once or twice.
